NDAs, offer letters, and forms often need a signature. Doing it in the browser avoids print–sign–scan cycles.
What you can do
- Sign with typed text or an uploaded signature image
- Position and size the signature on the page preview
- Add multiple signature areas for multi-party flows (where supported)
How to sign
- Open Sign PDF and upload the document.
- Choose text or image signature, then place it on the page.
- Export the signed PDF and share it.
Example: Paste “Jane Doe” in script style on the signature line of a one-page offer letter.
Pro tip: Use a transparent PNG of your handwritten signature for a natural look—keep file size small (under 100 KB).
