Upload PDF: Select a PDF file using the upload area or drag and drop
Text Signatures: Click "Add Text", then click on PDF to place a text box with formatting options
Image Signatures: Click "Add Image", upload your signature image, then click to place on PDF
Pencil: Click "Pencil", draw on the page — it saves automatically shortly after you lift the mouse or finger. Click "Pencil" again to save immediately or cancel an empty sketch
Resize: Drag the corner handle on the image preview before you click Apply
Move: Drag any placed image or pencil signature to reposition it; tap for the Keep / Delete menu
Multiple Pages: Navigate between pages and add signatures to different pages as needed
Sign & Download: Click "Sign PDF" to sign and download your document
Upload size: Signature images and pencil drawings are compressed automatically before upload so text + pencil + image stay within server limits

Privacy: Your files are processed securely on our server and are automatically deleted after processing. We do not store or share your documents.
