When merging helps

Contracts plus appendices, monthly statements in one archive, or scanned pages saved as separate files—all belong in a single PDF for sharing and archiving.

What you can do

  • Join unlimited PDFs (within upload limits) into one continuous file
  • Control order so page sequence matches your narrative
  • Produce one attachment instead of many for clients or HR

How to merge

  1. Open Merge PDF and add all files you need.
  2. Drag cards to reorder if the default order is wrong.
  3. Click merge and download the combined PDF.
Example: Merge cover.pdf, terms.pdf, and signature-page.pdf into onboarding-pack.pdf for new hires.
Pro tip: Name files with numeric prefixes (01_, 02_) before upload if you want a predictable sort order.
