When to watermark

Share early versions, label confidential decks, or reinforce brand on client-facing PDFs.

What you can do

  • Text watermarks (“CONFIDENTIAL”, “DRAFT”)
  • Image watermarks (logos, stamps)
  • Adjust opacity and placement so content stays readable

How to apply

  1. Open Add Watermark and upload your PDF.
  2. Enter text or upload an image; set angle and opacity.
  3. Generate and download.
Example: Diagonal “DRAFT – Feb 2026” at 15% opacity across all pages of a proposal.
Pro tip: Lower opacity keeps charts and tables legible while the stamp stays visible.
